Service Description

We share ideas for practicing IFS parts work through dream interpretation, journaling, and art. We also support each other through life transitions with compassion. Group size does not exceed 8 participants. We meet the second Monday of each month at 7pm Central Standard Time. (Sometimes we change it because our group is small enough that we can!)
