"You are the one you've been waiting for"
Richard Schwartz founder of IFS
I Believe
That the inner world is sacred.
That within each of us is a universe of symbols, parts, dreams, and stories waiting to be seen, heard, and loved.
That healing doesn't have to be loud or fast — it can be soft, intuitive, and sustainable.
That creativity is not a luxury; it’s medicine.
That dreams are not random — they are invitations.
And that all parts of you — even the hidden ones — are worthy of love and belonging.
I Exist
To help gentle souls reconnect with the mystery, meaning, and magic inside them.
To offer safety for the parts that have been exiled, ignored, or forgotten.
To create spaces where people can breathe, reflect, and meet themselves with compassion.
To bring the symbolic into the tangible — through art, through language, through ritual.
To guide you back to yourself — not with pressure, but with presence.
I Hold
A studio.
A sanctuary.
A sacred space.
A mirror, a lantern, a journal page.
A quiet guide walking beside you as you remember what you already know.
I Value
Wholeness over perfection.
Depth over speed.
Listening over fixing.
Intuition over convention.
And relationships — to self, to others, to the symbolic world — above all else.
About Amelia
Amelia Breugem is a soulful IFS peer support specialist, intuitive artist, and dream guide devoted to helping highly sensitive, high-achieving individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom, build healthy boundaries, and live from Self-led strength.
Through a unique blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, dream interpretation, gentle embodiment, and creative expression, Amelia helps over-givers release perfectionism, restore secure attachment, and reclaim the joy of sustainable self-care. Because healing doesn’t have to be hard. It can be honest, playful, and deeply kind.
My professional background includes social work, grief coaching, and administration, but my greatest accomplishment is being a mom to two wonderful children.

A Dream That Changed My Life
A decade ago, after my divorce, I hit a breaking point. I was doing it all—working full time to provide financially, single parenting, volunteering at church—and still felt completely drained, directionless, and unseen. Trying harder wasn’t filling the emptiness. I felt lost and alone.
Then I had a dream that changed everything.
In it, different parts of me showed up with compassion and clarity. They didn’t ask me to do more—they simply loved the version of me that was messy, suspicious, and judgmental. For the first time, I felt truly understood—not for what I did, but for who I was.
That dream became a lifeline. It was the moment I realized that my inner world wasn’t something to be managed or silenced—it was a place I could find belonging.
Through dreamwork and parts work, I began to fall in love with the versions of myself I had ignored in my pursuit of being “enough” for everyone else. Listening to those inner voices gave me hope, belonging, and a new sense of home within. I discovered that the managerial parts of me—who had been holding and supporting others my entire life—longed to be held and supported too.
This process reintroduced me to Self-energy, the calm and compassionate center within each of us. I learned to trust my intuition through art, dreams, and writing. And little by little, my life began to shift.
Why I Do This Work
Today, I help other sensitive, high-achieving individuals reconnect with their own inner wisdom—through dreamwork, Internal Family Systems, and creative reflection. My role isn’t to impose meanings onto your dream but to gently guide you as you discover the messages that resonate most deeply for you.
Dreams have a way of bypassing our defenses. They cut through the noise and reveal what our conscious mind might not be ready to admit. They show us what is hidden—fears, longings, protective strategies, and moments of grace. And when we listen, dreams can transform the way we relate to ourselves and others.
